Who is Shelley?

I began my Property Management career 22 years ago.

After seeing an opportunity caused by poor service and skills, I decided to obtain my Principals’ License giving me the opportunity to open my own Agency.

Searching for skill diversity, I have ensured I received the necessary training and experience to be able to deliver the highest level of professionalism to meet my landlord’s expectations.

This was achieved both in Property Management and Investment company roles. Speaking publically to audiences is an easy task when you are passionate about property. I have travelled numerous times across Australia to deliver my message about quality services.

Whilst utilising technology that is revolutionary in shaping the future of Property Management, I will not forget the basic principle of any real estate –“Communication”.

Skills  has acquired over the years which I believe have helped shape me into the Property Manager I am today are:

* Full Real Estate Licence – Principal’s License

* Diploma in Freelance Journalism

* Black belt in Tae Kwon Do

* Diploma in Interior Design and Decorating.
